Brian is a native Tucsonan and graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned his B.A. in Psychology in 1994. After working for a short time in the mental health care field here in Tucson, he went on to study at Seattle University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Brian returned to Arizona, where he has been practicing law since 1999.
He is a member of several professional and community organizations, including the Presidio Rotary Club of Tucson (current Service Committee Chair), the Arizona Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (member of the Board of Directors from 2010-2013), the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, and the Trust/Probate and Elder Law/Mental Health Sections of the State Bar of Arizona. Brian is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Arizona as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Brian and his wife, Karen, have one baby daughter. In his free time, he enjoys music, cooking, outdoor recreation, and U of A Athletics.
